Fruit jellies or Pâtes de Fruits are medieval in origin, thanks to theTemplar secret of preserving fruit in sugar. We macerated the technique over time until we perfected its exquisiteness.

In 2005, when we had seen almost everything in confectionery, we started experimenting with old recipes, looking for our own particular treasure. And that’s how we came up with our own version of fruit jellies: Frutier.
More than jellies and more than sweets, Frutier are authentic tenderhearted pieces with real fruit flavour.
